Cérès Boulangerie et Patisserie

無記錯,知道呢間野係睇新假期


search上幾日介紹既小店時,發現返佢,咁當然一次話攪掂佢喇!!


 係小店轉出去太子道,轉向Hang 生銀行方向,銀行果條街就係,詳細請看openrice資料



真係發覺九龍城開始多左d比較高檔既野食


先黎新假期提過既roll cake !(前面果盒先係,$68一條,單件裝$13)

死唔執輸,買返去同家人分少少黎試先~



右邊係呢度既招牌出品



我切得唔靚...又影得衰....希望無損大家食佢既興趣 ~



第1日先食左2件cake,chocolate ganache,我呢個唔好古古力既人都接受佢既古古力程度..都rich,不過要求高,想佢超濃既人,你地要自己試下喇!


想試New York Cheese Cake,不過睇openrice又見唔係太得..見有lemon tart,好..試佢一試 !


少少酸,不過好快就比個餅底蓋返個酸味,連家父唔多鐘意酸野都無出聲(定佢唔敢出聲)佢食左差不多上面切出黎既份量喇!(我家人,除左我同家母,無咩人食蛋糕既...所以生日不嬲都唔會見蛋糕出現)


cake大約$3X一件,實在拍得住B仔價,不過佢唔差得過B仔


佢都有Macaroon$10(我無買)

試後感:


roll cakes,當然非一般卷蛋,無咁實,好海綿feel, 個cream唔係得個樣,真係有cream既味 (即係真d,唔假)


另外2件cakes,因家母唔係家,keep起左少少比佢,even雪左,都一樣咁好味
